Southern Charm Pomskies' Policies

1. All of our puppies sold to pet homes must be spayed and neutered by the time they are 6 months of age.

2. All payments and deposits made to Southern Charm Pomskies are non-refundable. No exceptions

​

3. At this time we do not sell to breeders.

​

4. If at anytime you can not keep a puppy bred by us, we must be the first point of contact. All of our dogs may not be resold or rehoused without our permission. 

​

5. We can only estimate timeframes when puppies may be born based off past heat cycles. 

​

6. Each of our puppies come with a one year health guarantee which will cover any genetic health issues. We do not cover anything that could of been prevented by proper care.
